Suicide Prevention

Suicide Prevention Lifeline  1-800-273-TALK (8255)

The suicide hotline is free, confidential, always available, and can help to save your life or the life of someone you know. Don't be afraid to start the conversation.

Know the signs.

Suicide is not an inevitable fate for anyone, and anyone can get the help available to them. Starting a conversation is just the beginning. Providing support for someone you know who may be suicidal, or seeking a strong support system for yourself is crucial in situations of need. Referring someone to get professional help can help save a life.
