OUTPATIENT COUNSELING SERVICES 
 
Program Description:  The patient care at Servicios de Esperanza, LLC is designed to deliver comprehensive services in a less restrictive environment. Outpatient counseling services seek to provide treatment that is provided in flexible and conformed to individual needs.  All client care is provided by certified alcohol and drug counselors, Master Level Clinicians, counselors in training, and other staff who have specialized training in various therapeutic methods.  The scope of services offered includes individual outpatient, couples counseling, family counseling, and group counseling.
 
 
Service description: Offers individual, couples, family and group counseling with specializations in: ADHD; trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy; behavioral interventions; bullying; depression; divorce and separation; eating disorders; grief and loss; immigration/deportation; mood and anxiety disorders; parent-child conflict; self-esteem; stress management; substance abuse and teen parent support.
 
Philosophy: Our therapeutic approach is solution focused and strength-based, working towards reaching your personal goals. Whether you’re struggling with a particular issue, or just can’t shake the feeling that there should be more to life, we can help. We provide a caring and comfortable environment in which you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a healthy and positive lifestyle.
 
 
OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING SERVICES
  
Program description: Offers several different outpatient substance abuse services including: intake and assessment; Alcohol Highway Safety Class; drug testing; DUI II Group; Secretary of State assessment; substance abuse outpatient counseling; and relapse prevention services. All client care is provided by certified mental health professionals, certified alcohol and drug counselors, counselors in training, and other staff who have specialized training in various therapeutic methods.  The scope of services offered includes individual counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, and group counseling.

GOALS
Provide accessible mental health services to underserved populations (e.g., Spanish speaking, disabled);
Provide mental health services to clients via therapy, medication management, education and collateral support;
Provide a safe and humane treatment environment for staff and clients;
Provide information on community programming and resources to strengthen the family and/or support structures;
Provide accessible mental health and substance abuse services that meet clients living/work situation; 
Provide support, continuity of care and access to professionals and support staff;
Staff provides an array of services and receives training in recovery, resiliency, and peer support;
To provide quality alcohol and drug treatment, intervention, and prevention services; and
Assist clients to transition maladaptive behaviors and unhealthy coping mechanisms/skills to normative conduct.
