Ashlee Payne, LLMSW, is a Limited Licensed Social Worker who provides individual counseling, and case management services to families and children in the Muskegon area. Ashlee has worked in the Human Services field for 7 years. Ashlee has been employed with the Department of Health and Human services for 6 years. Ashlee also gained experience in the mental health field at Health West in Muskegon County, completing youth intake assessments for children in the Muskegon area. Ashlee's internship at Bethany Christian Services in Grand Rapids MI afforded her the experiences of providing case management services, parenting education and brief family counseling services to families involved with Children Protective Services. 

Ashlee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University in 2010. In 2012 she obtained a Master's in Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University's, Advanced Generalist MSW program.  Ashlee is also continuously seeking to gain more skills and broaden her education.

CARF International announced that Servicios de Esperanza, LLC has been accredited for a period of three years for its Outpatient Treatment: Alcohol and Other Drugs/Addictions (Adults), Outpatient Treatment: Alcohol and Other Drugs/Addictions (Children and Adolescents), Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Adults), Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents).   programs. This is the first accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has given to Servicios de Esperanza, LLC
