To serve the counseling needs of our community by empowering individuals and families to live a positive and healthy lifestyle.
 
 
 
VISION
 
The vision of Servicios de Esperanza-(Services of Hope) is to be an honorable and professional organization through ethical and innovative leadership at all levels. The focus of treatment is on the mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues offered through a person-centered philosophy.  We offer mental health and substance abuse services in non-traditional times to accommodate clients school/work schedules and in varied settings. All persons affected by the impact of mental illness/substance related disorders receive appropriate and effective services to improve the quality of their life.  Our aim is through the delivery of superior services we will assist in guiding productive people to the community to live a positive and healthy lifestyle.
 
 
GOALS
Provide accessible mental health services to undeserved populations
​ (e.g., Spanish   speaking, disabled);

Provide mental health services to clients via therapy, medication management, education and collateral support;

Provide a safe and humane treatment environment for staff and clients; Provide information on community programming and resources to strengthen the family and/or support structures;

Provide accessible mental health and substance abuse services that meet clients living/work situation; 

Provide support, continuity of care and access to professionals and support staff; Staff provides an array of services and receives training in recovery, resiliency, and peer support;

To provide quality alcohol and drug treatment, intervention, and prevention services; and Assist clients to transition maladaptive behaviors and unhealthy coping mechanisms/skills to normative conduct.
